Yesterday was the first day it ever struck me to do the ADDLICKEY for the new release while still running on the old release. But I think you are talking about the GO LICPGM 5. Prepare for install Work with software agreements versus licenses, right? Because simply doing ADDLICKEY afterwards is no big shakes. However the ground quivers if you don't accept the license agreements prior to the upgrade. Here's one for the archives: If you get a MCH error doing an ADDLICKEY as copy and pasted from the license key sheets emailed to you from your BP, then try WRKLICINF and "1=Add license key" instead. I couldn't get IBM to commit to a PTF to address this anomaly. They seemed rather impressed with the workaround. Rob Berendt
