We bought a rack-mount iSeries 520 (new) last year and I was looking to see
if there was a cost difference, but couldn't find it.
I want to say that there was, but it minor, like $500 or less.
I do remember, however, IBM trying to force us into buying some power
distribution module for about $1000, but we were able to get them to take it
off the order since it's really non-essential.

They are not easy to find used as they've only been out for about 2 years
now, but occasionally you might find one on ebay, or some of the used
dealers.
