Seriously, for those who want to check out good Scandinavian stuff,there is Ingebretsen's, on Lake Street in Minneapolis - lots of good,authentic stuff. http://www.ingebretsens.com

Now, as for lefse, I think I got pretty good at it, although it hasbeen awhile. I don't think I want the lefse concession at COMMON. Istill remember at the age of 7 or so blowing the fuse in the oldhouse we lived in while making lefse. She used to sell it at thelocal mercantile. before I was born.

By the way, you did hear, right, about the football game between theSwedes and the Norwegians? A jet flew over the field. The Swedesthought the sonic boom was the final gun, so they left the field.Four plays later the Norwegians got a touchdown.
