We are implementing Trusted Link for Iseries at my company, and one of the things I have to come with is an offline backup solution incase communication lines or hardware is down. I am aware of a company called J-com that lets you call or fax the information and they will send EDI on your behalf, but to present this to my boss I need 3 quotes. Does anyone else use a backup edi service?
