When using the "label above command" and "one parameter per line" option,
entering
START: PGM in a CLLE member returns
 START:
 PGM
 which doesn't compile (errors CPD0728 and CPD0740).
 Adding continuation (+) on the label line solves the problem; deselecting
the "label above command" solves the problem also.
