The new lic and i5OS cd I_BASE and the b_01 and b_02. are like "refresh"
cd's.  They have some later PTF's already applied to them.
This is usually for new features and problems fixed added since the GA.

the d_06 is the Java Developer Kit 5.0 whic was released after GA of V5R3
