I would imagine that normal iSeries workload management tools would let you throttle a Domino server so that it wouldn't adversely affect regular workload. Put it in it's own SBS with a controlled amount of RAM, adjust the Class, etc. Heck, create a separate ASP to control the disk usage if necessary.
