The user doing the backups might not have special authority *SAVSYS.

When trying to perform a full system backup (opt 21) I keep getting the 
following error:

CPF222E received by Q1PPMSUB at *N. (C D I R)

Any ideas or suggestions , google did not provide anything that I thought 
was relevant, even though there was one article from midrange about 
passwords but this does not seem to be the same issue.....
