    how can I do this using CL Command ?
    
    Say, I have created a text file in AS/400 with the following command.
    
    CPYTOIMPF FROMFILE(ACC) TOSTMF('luq.txt') STMFCODPAG(*PCASCII) RCDDLM(*CRLF)
    
    Now I want to transfer this luq.txt file to my PC with a CL Command.
    
    Further, is it possible to create this Text File directly on my PC instead 
    of on AS/400, using AS/400 CL Commands ?
