RE: POP server not downloading email

Now delete a message from your local PC and see if it is still on the
server.  Then re-download the messages and I bet you still don't see the
one you deleted.  Now delete your mail account then re-create.  Do you
download all the messages again?

Well, I downloaded Thunderbird to the MIS PC, set up the mailbox for one
of
the users who's not been getting all their emails, told it to leave a
copy
of each email on the server, and told it to go get the mail. Every
single
message was retreived, including the messages that were NOT retreived by
Outlook Express.

Looks like I have a lot more testing to do........
