Now delete a message from your local PC and see if it is still on the server. Then re-download the messages and I bet you still don't see the one you deleted. Now delete your mail account then re-create. Do you download all the messages again? Every single message was retreived, including the messages that were NOT retreived by Outlook Express. Looks like I have a lot more testing to do........
