CPF3837 received during SAV command

Hi,
Came in today to see the above message following a Option 21/Full System Save. Joblog shows '25213 objects saved. 1 not saved.'. I can't see an object not saved in the joblog, but there is a 

Object has failed a scan.  Object is
  /Quarantined/Bytware/StandGuard/AV/eicar.com
Guess who installed StandGuard demo on Monday! Presumably the save failed as it couldn't get at the above test virus. Obviously I'll delete eicar.com, but should I add CPF3837 to the system reply list - I'd like to know if something is failing to save, but I don't want the system down after a full system save.
