Rob - Loosen the screw that holds the cover on and push the cover to the
left to allow the CD tray to open.  Then tighten the screw just enough
to keep the cover from moving.  If you over tighten it, it will shift
back to the right and cause the CD tray to get caught again.  Our CE
told me this just last week when we were setting up our new i5.
