Your application staff did not think about this for very long as without changing the program, this is quite difficult to achieve. The only way I could think of doing this would be to somehow force the program to crash thereby giving you the dump option. One possible way would be to start a service job, debug the program and then say, just before a divide operation (if there are any!), set the divisor to zero... In reality, they should perhaps deal with the problem themselves.... Mike
