RE: Receiving phone call when power outage occurs

I've got my system setup to send ups messages to QSYSMSG. Then I have a
program running that monitors QSYSMSG for anything and forwards it to a
syslog server -- all my other servers also send messages into that
syslog server.

The syslog server is simply setup to forward critical messages to my
cell, regardless of where they come from.
