iSeries Access 5250 Connection Error

Anyone seen this at v5r3?

Very occasionally, when opening a 5250 session, an error appears at
the 'Connecting...' stage:

PC5250 License Error
CWB0999 - Unexpected error: unexpected return code 9052 274d
It happens to one user almost every day here. IBM said that there was no definite fix for this error, but made a few suggestions - none of which have stopped it occurring on my PC. 

More often than not, a reboot makes it go away.
