To use a printer attached to your PC, you have to use an iSeries Access printer 
session, unless you use some kind of software that is an LPD (line print 
server). Then you would probably use a remote output queue.

I'm going to guess that the Bizhub also needs to be connected with an iSeries 
printer session. The manual should have something about what emulation you can 
use.
