New "improved" InfoCenter -- MIDRANGE-L

IBM has done it again - InfoCenter is all better now.

NOT!

I went to iSeries Support and did a search. It brought back some links to 
InfoCenter. In the past these would open up V5R3 IC to the initial page, then 
go on the actual link. Not anymore. So that stuff is broken.

No more nice picture of the world. V5R3 supposedly catches your 
Oh for joy!
