Incidentally, it's still showing up in Ops Nav as enabled, but not on the green 
screen. I gotta believe the green screen... right?

I was getting into CHGSRVAGTA via GO SERVICE option 1, but I did not hit F9 to 
see all the good stuff. I thought ENABLE was the only parm.

That looks like it will do it.

use the  Change Service Agent Attr (CHGSRVAGTA) command

or GO SERVICE option 1

look for :
Auto PTF:
  Enable . . . . .
  Schedule day . .
  Download PTFs  .

Set as desired....
