I think this belongs to pm400, if you don't care about your performance  data 
you can clear qmpgdata and then issue the cfgpm400 command and select the  
option (one of the command keys on the screen) to rebuild the objects (I think  
F16?). If memory serves me it will re-create the files and logical in that  
library. I believe this is a table built over system storage pool performance  
data.
