In my vernacular, what I'm talking about is a separator page printing
out BEFORE each print file, sometime call a job, is printed.   The point
being to print something that quickly identifies the printout so that
anyone picking it up can quickly separate their printout from someone
else's.

The problem is not getting one to print out at all, the problem is
getting one to print out BEFORE each print stream(file/job).
