Hardware Compare software

I have 2 AS/400 Model 820 using V5R2.  Is there a software package available 
that can be used to compare the 2 systems for discrepancies?   

For example, I found a difference this morning in the "keep alive" value for 
TCP.  Sunday I found a difference in the hardware communications ports. These 2 
system are used as high availabity primary and backup systems. We did a roll 
over last Saturday and are discovering these differences as we keep going 
through the week.
