If you submit the job to batch, that's not necessary. You would, however, need to submit 800 batch jobs, which wouldn't be that big a deal if you're doing it from within a cl program. Just be sure that you hold the spool files because it does generate a list of all the objects changed.

The CL I posted doesn't prompt at all - just runs recursively through
the whole directory tree 800 diectories should be okay.
