F1 is your friend!   Make that into a poster and put it up in your cubicle.

Every OUTFILE parameter I've seen has the formats listed in the help
for the parameter. So type DSPFD, press F4, press F9 or type *OUTFILE
for the OUTPUT parameter and press Enter. Put your cursor on the
parameter and press Enter.

Or shortcut the above by typing DSPFD and pressing F1 - works on most
command lines, not on some. Then dig down to the OUTFILE section.

In this case there is a nice table of all the outfile formats.
