Google up SAP & Hersey Chocolate Sap has very long and gory history in various installs. I have never seen the product but I have read many horror stories(true or not) about SAP and the many failures and lawsuits. They even preloaded SAP on AS/400's at one point but I haven't seen that in quite some time.(Joint venture with IBM) My take on it is that it's a real bear to install and very few folks are willing or able to handle the task. I have read about installs taking several years and still not 100% at the end. The term $$$$$$$$$ is always mentioned in these stories. I "believe" it's written for several platforms including OS/400.
