Who is your auditing firm? I'll bet I can guess, and they also have an SAP 
implementation practice.

Based on what I've seen, expect to pay 6 to 8 times the software cost in 
implementation charges. Plus, expect that there will be pressure to change 
you business practices to conform to SAP as closely as possible.
