When you press enter you are auto starting the writer probably. Just F4 and 
scroll, if it *is* an outq it has to be there. If not, then it is a device.

OK,

I do an endwtr *immed
Then I do a chgoutq and press enter instead of F4
(that restarts the wtr )
then I do another chgoutq and can't change the ip addr

No excuses.  (Friday?)
