RE: savlib and evtw

In testing, I get the evtw status when writing to a *savf file (no tape
involved).  It must be something with file contention.  Is there any way I
can see what event the job is waiting on?

When I run my weekly backup of our warehouse system production libraries
(using BRMS), I see the same EVTW status for about 20 minutes (out of a
total time of 35 minutes), but the tape drive is still writing data and
the job ends normally..
