End the writer
Turn the printer off/on
Start the writer

This is the only way I've resolved this type of problem.

is it a remote writer? Try ending the writer, vary off and then on,
then restart writer

Hi,

I have a job that has been sitting on the printer OUTQ since Friday
with a
status of SND. The printer is in Paris and I am based in London,
however
I am informed that the printer is working normally for other printing
activities, e.g. from Excel.

I have tried a number of things to get rid of it including ending the
writer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Col
