RE: PSF/400 1-45 IPM Printer Support

No, that's the Infoprint Server LICPGM (5722-IP1)

Interestingly, you can create PDFs from any spool file using iSeries Access for 
the Web without having the Infoprint Server LICPGM.  But it's a manual process. 
 You can automate the PDF creation with Infoprint Server.
