We use IBM's Facsimile Support/400, 5798FAX. On our development machine we use our ECS IBM 7852-400 modem. I don't think the earlier ECS modems would have worked as I don't believe they supported fax. On our production machine we use IBM 2805 cards. They are a small card that has four ports. You plug your phone jacks right into the ports. We do graphics and overlays. It can be used for inbound, but we don't use that. Instead we use Domino fax for iSeries using DID lines. So far today we've sent out 83 faxes. That's about what we've averaged the last few days. Number of pages per fax varies. http://www-03.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/fax400/ http://www-03.ibm.com/support/techdocs/atsmastr.nsf/585741c64201a45286256ccf00653ad4/c8468d5452afa87385256d8c0016dc7e?OpenDocument Rob Berendt
