QINMEDIA QINPRIOR QINSYSI looked at one system and saw several JOBDs and OUTQs - there is a section of the installation section on InfoCenter that describes which ones are involved and what is done. No commands and no device descriptions and no printer files, though.

Thanks Chris, Jim, and Rob. It looks like QSYSPRT and QPQUPRFIL were both in QSYS and set to DUPLEX(*NO). QPRINT was in QGPL and set to DUPLEX(*YES). I agree that you shouldn't mess with things in QSYS. Isn't that what QUSRSYS is for? Having said that, I did change QSYSPRT and QPQUPRFIL in QSYS (for now) and things are back to normal. This shouldn't be our permanent solution but it keeps the users happy for the time being. There used to be a manager here who did things like that. He never documented any of it because he knew what he had done. I've spent a bit of time over the past couple of years cleaning up and documenting this kind of thing. Thanks again!
