RE: savsavfdta

If you have a SAVF with a SAVLIB run to it, if you do a SAVSAVFDTA using
the SAVF to tape, it makes it look like you just did a SAVLIB to the
tape.  It works for all SAV* commands, AFAIK.  Can potentially save some
time on restores, taking out the intermediary step of restoring the save
file first.

I backup to savf "savlib *allusr *savf" in the night and in the morning
backing the savf to tape with savobj tap03.
What is purpose of the command savsavfdta?
