Scott Klement has a free OpenSource? product that will do HTTPS (I think).
Correct. http://www.scottklement.com/httpapi/Although HTTPS is encrypted, it's not PGP. If they're happy with SSL instead, or SSH instead, then these things may be options. If they absolutely require PGP, then HTTPS won't help you.
