Hello All,

After upgrading to V5R3 we setup the Electronic Service Agent. It is
scheduled to run its inventory collection at 1:00AM daily. When I review
the Audit Log, I see several "RunInvCollector(xxxxxxxx) successful"
messages. After the RunInvCollector(TCPV6ATTR) and
RunInvCollector(TCPV6IFC) successful messages, I see "QtocLstNetRte failed
with TCP84C0". When reviewing the requirements for this API, it indicates
that TCP84C0 means that the "TCP/IP stack not active". TCP/IP is active
on our system. Is there a particular server app that needs to be started?

Any help would be appreciated.
