RE: complete "scrubbing" of our data from the disk

Seems to be on target. However, it specifically states that IBM uses a
_single_ pass to zero out the data, so it's not mil-spec. In fact, the
IBM document states:

"The only option for a customer to guarantee no data recovery on a disk
unit is to physically destroy that disk unit."
