Run a performance collection for the time period needed and analyze thru 
performance tools.
The Job Report will show both transactions and cpu/transaction.
To start a performace collection on V5R2 you need a iSeries Navigator 
connection, on V5R1 and V5R3 you can start/stop using a green screen.

Or am I missunderstanding something?
