Interesting method on the last paragraph james.  I kind of liked the 
example I sent earlier, but your technique should work.  (As long as you 
don't assume that ANY error is a V5R3 thing and only handle it if it is 
the V5R3 thing.)

As far as subscribing to the Memo To users; I don't think you can 
'subscribe' but they are all visible at the Infocenter.
