We ordered cume PTF's a couple of weeks ago and the label on the CD's had the name of another company. It was the name of a leasing company. We bought out the lease on our 720 two years ago but maybe IBM got something screwed up in their records. The paperwork looked OK and had our company name beneath the leasing company name. It was just the company name on the label that was confusing. As far as the CD's go after they loaded the PTF's that we needed were there. Does this happen often? PMR is 12287. Should we inform someone? And if so, who?
