Does anyone know if, for an i5 model 520, there is a difference in the way
PTF's are applied between:
a. PWRDWNSYS restart *NO and then restarting with the power button.
and
b. Scheduling the system to shut down and start back up an hour later via the
GO POWER menu?

Would one way apply microcode updates differently from the other?

I've got a PTF to apply, (affecting embedded Ethernet ports) and it isn't clear
whether a GO POWER schedule change has the same effect as a PWRDWNSYS RESTART
*NO.

Thanks.
