Here's what one of my superceded TLs looks like on our V5R1 box which was just
upgraded from V4R5 on Aug. 28:
Product ID/PTF ID . . . . . . . . . . : 5722999 TL01086
Release . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : V5R1M0
On order . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : No
PTF save file . . . . . . . . . . . . : No
PTF status . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : Superseded
Superseded by . . . . . . . . . . . . : TL04300
Status date/time . . . . . . . . . . . : 08/28/05 19:02:40
However, on a V5R2 system that was recently restored from a SAVE 21 backup,
those superceded TL PTFs have no dates, similar to yours:
Product ID/PTF ID . . . . . . . . . . : 5722999 TL02155
Release . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : V5R2M0
On order . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : No
PTF save file . . . . . . . . . . . . : No
PTF status . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : Superseded
Latest superseding PTF . . . . . . . . : TL05123
Superseded by . . . . . . . . . . . . : TL04244
I suspect that doing the system restore wipes out those dates.
Oh well. Good luck with this one. Have you posed this question to IBM?
