I think we had quite a raging debate on whether spring or fall would do lately. But, I too, forget how that went. Being as COMMON is, what, just above half of what it was in it's heyday, I don't see it getting too crowded. However the smaller attendance does increase the venue options. But at our company, we'll send one or two people to each common. Cutting it down to once a year would just cut out how often people would get their rotation. No, we wouldn't start sending more per conference. Cutting down to one a year might encourage yet one more company to try to get a chunk of the pie by hosting 'yet another midrange conference'. There's already plenty. We limit ourselves to COMMON and occasionally IBM Technical Conference. Rob Berendt
