I clicked on the feedback for IBM's web site and submitted this:

http://www-912.ibm.com/n_dir/nas4apar.nsf/nas4aparhome
only shows closed APAR's.  Please list open APAR's also.  And allow us to 
automatically be notified when the status of an apar is changed.  For 
example, if IBM issues an APAR saying that PTF MF35153 is defective, then 
allow us to see that apar on this web site before it is closed.  Then 
allow us to be put on a notify list on this apar so that when it is closed 
we will get an email to that effect.  Then we can order the fixing ptf and 
get that installed on our machines.
