Arrgh!  I just got burnt.

I hadn't permanently applied PTFs in months, so last week I decided to.
Just today I found that MF35133 is defective and can cause performance
degradation.  Recommendation is to "Apply the fixing LIC PTF when it becomes
available."

Does anyone know how to determine when a particular fixing PTF becomes
available?  We don't even know what the number will be, do we?
