5722-XW1 Different Features -- MIDRANGE-L

After the latest scratch/restore, we are receiving the message that
5722-XW1 is not licensed and we have the 70 days to fix it.  Looking at the
licensed products, we have the key for feature 5101 "iSeries Access Option
1", but not 5050 "iSeries Access Base".

I can't find a key for 5050, what does it cover that 5101 doesn't?

We are on V5R2.
