I thought it was great, too... I'm from Northern Kentucky, just outside Cincinnati--- also a 2 hour drive.
Indy is a decent town for a convention-- hotel space, exhibit space, etc. I'm not much for night life, so I can't judge that. But the night life isn't the purpose of a convention, is it??
