Field level keyword -- MIDRANGE-L

I have a field STDNAME in my physical file which is defined as 10A.
Iam entering the data into the PF using DFU.
This field must take complete 10 characters in each and every record, even one 
character less is not allowed.
Is there any field level key word with which I can achieve this requirment?
