Tim: When we first discovered this whole mess and who was behind it, we also
found his listings in Google to be quite revealing. Bet he didn't spend
money to get THAT to hit at #1 in Google! (actually, it probably cost him a
ton!).

Chuck: Thanks, and yes, we are not happy to be spending money on lawyers.
The whole thing is a drag, but of course we have to protect our good name.
