We have been using query for 9 years without trouble but on 22nd August 2005 if more than 1 person tries to use it, we get the message "Query for AS/400 not available". Looking at the job log , the further text is as follows: Message ID . . . . . . : QRY2297 Severity . . . . . . . : 30 Message type . . . . . : Escape Date sent . . . . . . : 23/08/05 Time sent . . . . . . : 17:36:14 Message . . . . : Query for AS/400 not available. Cause . . . . . : The license manager detected an error while attempting to add a license user for the IBM Query for AS/400 product. Recovery . . . : See the error messages previously listed. Correct the errors, and then try the request again. If you want to run a query without the need for license usage, use the RUNQRY command without requesting runtime record selection. And wrkqry Attempt made to exceed usage limit for product 5769QU1. User not added. Query for AS/400 not available. Thanks in advance, Andrew Guy.
