Thanks for the updates, Doug and Martin! Have passed this along to Tim
Pricket-Morgan at IT Jungle.

Didn't expect that there would be a retraction, but that doesn't mean iTera
isn't going to let this slide (from my conversations with Asymex, they
aren't either) we are both moving ahead on the legal front. Of course, if
anyone sees anything in the form of a retraction or apology (or further
violations), please let me know as I am not on their spam list.
