file size limits for V4R4 -- MIDRANGE-L

Could someone provide the answer or point me toward the right document
to read?

I have one file in our business system which is currently 3.5 GB in
size.   Accounting has asked me to restore some data from 3 years ago to
that file.  The size will then go over 4 GB.     We are at V4R4.   Is
there any file size problem going to happen?
